about our TAURANGA store

Right in the middle of Tauranga, just off ‘Red Square’ you will find our optometrist store in the old building that used to house the Regent Cinema back in the early times. The original concrete floor, walls, pillars, & ceiling still remain, characterising the space. Our stock may be modernist, but our Tauranga optometrist store is vintage industrial, collectable and chic.
We are a staff of qualified Optometrists & Dispensing Opticians in Tauranga and a couple of clued up training-to-be dispensing opticians. Stuart Laing and Haidee Mannix are our married to each other and married to the business optometrists, joined by Optometrist Shannon Bartholomew. Richie and Jah are the dispensing team. Richie is an optical technician from the UK, and Jah is studying to become a qualified dispensing optician.
